1 canchicken broth
1 tbspred wine vinegar

Add oil to fry pan and heat. Season chops with season salt and brown on one side.

turn chops, add onion and garlic cook till chops are golden brown stirring to prevent onions from sticking.

add broth and vinegar, simmer uncovered until desired consistency, at least 30 min.
