Ingredients

  • 2eggs
  • 250 gsausages
  • 1/2 cupbreadcrumbs
  • 2boiled eggs
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix beef sausage, onion,garlic and salt.

  2. 2

    Peel of the boiled eggs. Roll the hard boiled eggs in flour to coat, roll on the sausage to form a sausage patty and shape sausage around the egg.

  3. 3

    Dip each into beaten egg to coat with breadcrumbs to cover completely. Place on flat plate

  4. 4

    Heat oil in medium heat. Fry the scotched eggs for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
