Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 gboiled beans
  2. 1fat spring onion chopped
  3. 3large tomatoes chopped
  4. 1 tsproyco
  5. 50 mlcooking oil
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1/2of large green hoho

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Place chopped onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil

  2. 2

    Stir and add hoho

  3. 3

    After a minute add tomatoes and cover for 3minutes as they soften

  4. 4

    Stir as mash tomatoes

  5. 5

    Add beans and royco.

  6. 6

    Add salt and stir. Add water and cover for around 5minutes then turn off heat and serve.
