Ingredients

  1. 500 gself raising flour
  2. 50 gsugar
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1/2 tspcinnamon
  5. 80 gblue band
  6. 300 gwarm milk/ water
  7. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix flour sugar cinnamon together.

    Add in blueband and rub it in until it it forms lumps.

    Add eggs and knead.. Add warm water and knead well with your thumps until all flour is mixed up. Add milk bit by bit until the flour comes together and a rough texture is formed.

    The dough should be just like the chapati one. Apply oil in a flat surface. The dough should not be very thin.

    Cut into desired shapes. Heat oil in a deep skillet. When hot enough, fry the mandazi until golden brown each side
