half hour before cooking, prepare the chicken. mix breadcrumbs and spices, lightly beat the egg, drag chicken through egg, then through breadcrumb mixture

when water boils, add rice and some salt. start frying your vegetables and chicken. when frying your chicken, make sure oil is medium to hot

add tomatoes and tomato related stuff with the sour cream to the vege mixture, turn your chicken after 15 minutes

finish your rice; water down with cold water, drain, set away with lid for 10 min, stir before use. after 30 min total, chicken should be finished

100 gram of breadcrumbs for one chicken breast, 7 tomatoes for 2 servings, spice to flavour
