6 cupSugar
10 ozEvaporated Milk
24 ozSemi-sweet Chocolate Chips
14 ozJet-puffed Marshmallow Creme
2 cupchopped Nuts
2 tspVanilla Extract

Lighly grease 9x13 pan. Mix Butter, Sugar & Evaporated Milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil on Med. heat; stirring constantly.

Continue boiling 5 min on Med heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234*F, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.

Remove from heat. Gradually stir in Choc. Chips until melted. Add Marshmallow Creme, Nuts & Vanilla; mix well. Pour into greased pan. Cool at room temperature; cut into squares.
