Chocolate Orange fantasy is my version of a colourful fruit Mocktail freshly prepared by combination of fresh fruit juices and chocolate. The addition of chocolate takes this drink to another level.

2 cupsorange juice freshly prepared from fresh oranges
1/2 cuppineapple juice
1 teaspoonlime juice
1 slicepineapple,
2 teaspoonsHershey's chocolate syrup
2 teaspoonschocolate shavings
1 cupice cubes / crushed ice
1 teaspoonFine sugar (optional) or as per the requirement

Take a serving glass and pour chocolate syrup in circular motion,on the inner surface/walls and keep in refrigerator.

Now peel and deseed the oranges and blend to make a puree

Now strain the puree through a fine mash and collect the orange juice.

Pour orange juice, pineapple juice, and lime juice in a shaker and mix well.

Shake with lots of ice and then pour into chilled serving glasses.

Top with some chocolate shaving and decorate with a pineapple chunk, and serve with a colorful stirrup.

Serve chilled.
