Combine lukewarm water and dry yeast, sugar in small bowl mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes

Combine maida,Atta,salt, yeast,olive oil knead soft dough add some water. Cover for 1-2 hours for fermentation

Press dough remove the air. Dust the dry maida and roll into round shape. Cut small layers from both sides.

Brush pizza base with butter,put pizza sauce.Brush the edges with oil add grated cheese.

Sprinkle onion, capsicums, tomato. Sprinkle mozrella cheese, olives,salt, pepper,organo etc. Fold the layer one by one in fish shape

Bake at 200 degree c for 25 minutes.

Serve hot with mustard sauce.
