2 cupswhole wheat flour (atta)
1 cuptightly packed methi leaves(fenugreek leaves)
1-2green chilies, finely chopped (hari mirch)
1/2 cupwater for kneading as required
salt as required
oil or ghee as required for roasting

Rinse the methi leaves well drain them completely.

Chop the methi leaves.

In a bowl mix the whole wheat flour,salt,methi leaves, green chilies and oil.

Pour some water and knead to a smooth dough.

Make medium sized balls of the dough dust the dough ball with some flour and then start rolling the methi paratha.

Place it over hot pan and roast it with ghee or oil.

Ready to serve.
