Rinse the methi leaves well drain them completely.

Chop the methi leaves.

In a bowl mix the whole wheat flour,salt,methi leaves, green chilies and oil.

Pour some water and knead to a smooth dough.

Make medium sized balls of the dough dust the dough ball with some flour and then start rolling the methi paratha.
- 6
Place it over hot pan and roast it with ghee or oil.
- 7
Ready to serve.
