  • 500 gwheat flour
  • 1 kgpotatoes
  • Cooking oil
  • Food colour
  • Salt

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes and wash. Then slice into pieces

  2. 2

    Place the fluor in a clean bowl and add 1cup water then whisk

  3. 3

    Add food colour to attain the desired color then mix well

  4. 4

    Dip the potatoes in the paste and deep fry. Serve hot
