  2. 1 kgpotatoes
  3. 3 bunchcoriander
  4. 1 literscooking oil
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2 glasswater

    Peel potatoes, wash and slice in circular shape

  2. 2

    Take water put in a bowl add flour and stir until its alittle thick

  3. 3

    Put sliced potatoes and chop coriander inside and mix

  4. 4

    Heat oil in pan and deep potatoes and fry to brown Add salt

  5. 5

    Serve hot
