preheat oven to 375

heat oil and butter and brown chicken

remove from heat as cooked

cook mushrooms in same pan.

set aside

to drippings add onion and spice

cook till onion is soft

add wine and water and boil until reduced by half.

return chix and juices to pan add prosciutto

simmer for 10min.

put chix in baking dish.

top with sauce, mushrooms and mozzarrella.

bake for 30 min
