Ingredients

8 servings
  1. FOR DOUGH:-1&1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  2. 1 tbspdry yeast(I used Blue bird brand)
  3. 2 tbspsugar
  4. 50 gramsbutter or 1/4 cup olive oil
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 2-3 tbspmilk
  7. FOR STUFFING :1/2 cup processed cheese
  8. 1/2 cupmozzarella cheese
  9. 6-7 tbsppizza sauce
  10. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  11. 1/2 tsporegano

Steps

  1. 1

    Take half cup of warm water and dissolve the sugar on it. To this add the dry yeast and keep aside for proofing(approx 15minutes)

    Once the yeast is frothy, in a large bowl flour, butter, salt and milk and mix well.

  3. 3

    To this add the yeast and make a soft dough.

  4. 4

    Take this dough on a kitchen counter sprinkle some flour and start working on it till it becomes soft.(around 7-8minutes)

  5. 5

    Now cover with a moist cloth and allow the dough to rise till it's volume doubles.
    This will take almost an hour.

  6. 6

    After an hour grease hands with oil and make small balls of equal size from the dough. Roll these in to a half inch thick base.

    Mix together ingredients for stuffing, except the pizza sauce, in a separate bowl

  8. 8

    Take one rolled base, apply pizza sauce and spread the cheese mixture. On this place another base and repeat the same process. After placing the third base seal the ends by pressing them.

    With the help of a lid/glass make a mark in the centre of this stuffed pizza. Now make slits from this marking outwards and simply twist each segment twice.

    Brush the top with milk or butter or oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20-25minutes.

    And it's ready!!
