Mash potato. Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, jeera, & garlic paste.

Now slowly pour wheat flour just as much ad it needed to make dough.

Now roll chapati. As we have mixed flour and potato together make sure it does not break. And almost fry in oil and butter. This type of paraths tastes good and even become nice crispy.
