Steps

Take pasta, water, 1/4tsp salt, few drops of oil and put in a pan and cook pasta until soft.

Meanwhile, take coriander leaves, little water and grind to smooth, thick paste.

To the coriander paste add walnuts, mayonnaise and mix well and keep aside

Take a pan and add few drops oil then add garlic and saute.

Now add onions and capsicum and let it cook until translucent. Keep stirring in between.

Meanwhile take Maida, add baking powder, baking soda, sugar, 1/2tsp salt and with help of milk prepare the batter. Keep aside.

Now to the onions add the coriander paste and mix.

Now add the cooked macaroni stock to it about 1 bowl and give a boil. Then simmer and add red chilli powder and salt and mix.

Now cook for 1-2 minutes and then add the drained pasta and mix well.

After 1 minute switch off the flame it's ready.

Now take your grilling pan and apply ghee and pour one laddle full batter on it.

Put the cooked pasta on it and then cook from both sides.

Serve by sprinkling grated cheese and oregano over it.
