Steps

Start with blending rice and buttermilk together and making fine puree of it. You can add flavours like ginger garlic chilli in it.

Now add samolina and make batter little thinner. Keep it covered for 1/2 hour.

Now add baking soda, pinch of salt.

Pour around 1/2 cup of batter on pan. Sprinkle vegetables and cover with lid till it gets cook from both sides.

Add some oil to make it crispy. And serve it with chutney
