Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 180 gramssliced boneless lamb
  2. 30 gramspakchoy
  3. 20 gramsbamboo shoot
  4. 2 tsphoisin sauce
  5. 1 tspoyster sauce
  6. 1egg
  7. 2 1/2 gramschopped garlic
  8. 2 1/2 gramsshredded ginger
  9. 1 tbspshaoxing wine
  10. 1/2 cupchicken stock
  11. 1salt and white pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the lamb in beaten egg, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper. Set aside for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Heat some oil and shallow fry the lamb.

  3. 3

    Heat some oil in a wok. Saute the ginger and garlic.

  4. 4

    Add the pakchoy and bamboo shoots. Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil.

  5. 5

    Shift the veggies to the side of the wok forming a well and add the cornflour in the middle. Then add the lamb and stir all the ingredients togther. Finish with the Shaoxing wine.
