Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 kgcarrots_ peeled and grated
  • 1 cupfresh malai
  • 1/2 cupsugar or slightly less
  • 1/2 cupkhoya roughly mashed
  • 2 tbspdesi ghee
  • Seeds of 2 green choti elaichi powder
  • 1 tbspchopped nuts like almonds or cashews
  • 1 tbspraisins (kishmish)

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly mix grated carrots, sugar and malai in a big deep bowl.

    Microwave covered for 10min.

    Add ghee and khoya.Mix well.

    Serve hot decorated with nuts.
