Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1onion
  • 3tomatoes
  • Green and red hoho
  • Cucumber
  • 3tpf oil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the well chopped onions to fine brown

  2. 2

    Add sliced tomatoes and chopped hoho

  3. 3

    Mix well and add salt to fine test

  4. 4

    Add 2 cups of rice and mix well

  5. 5

    Add water and lid to boil for 20 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve with soda
