Wash the ginger well,grate and squeezed it out through seive.

Crush mint leaves.

Mix orange juice,lemon juice,honey and ginger juice.

Mix crushed ice in the juice.Mix well.

Serve chilled garnishing the glasses with lemon slice and sprig of mint.
