Steps

Take a cooker add ghee then add cumin seeds saute then add cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, bay leaves saute.

Add onion fry for 1min then add dry fruits saute.

Add gram masala powder and salt mix it well fry for 1min.

Add rice fry for 2min.

Add 1.5cup water and cook till 2 whistle.

Dry fruits rice is ready to serve.
