In large sauce pan mix sugar, butter, and milk

Bring to full boil over medium heat.

Boil exactly 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat, add vanilla

Add chocolate bits, stir until melted.

Add 7 oz jar marshmello, stir well.

All nuts, stir well.

Put mixture in pan, spreading. refrigerate 2 yourself or longer.

Run knife around pan. Turn upside down and work until fudge falls out.
