in ziplock bag marinade meat for four hours

after four hours, heat oil in 12 inch skillet and add chops

sprinkle chops with chilli powder and creole seasoning and steak sauce. Throw on some salt and pepper if you'd like.

let brown on both sides. remember chops cook fairly quick, don't over cook. match with a side and call it good:)
