Stir in peanut butter.

Quickly mix the peanut butter mixture with the Rice Krispies.

Lightly spray the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Press the Rice Krispies mixture into the pan.

Melt the chocolate and butterscotch morsels together with low heat and spead on top of the Rice Krispies mixture.
