100 gmsgram flour seived
1 tbsp dry spices like turmeric, red chilli
1 tbsp cumin seeds
to tasteSalt
50 gmseach grated carrots, chopped spinach & coriander leaves
1small sweet potato boiled, deskined and mashed well
1 tspbaking soda
2 tbsp oil for pan frying
50 gmsgrated cheddar cheese

Start by combining all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl(except cheese)

Add water swiftly to form a thick liquidy batter

Add the veggies, greens and mix well. Once done, our batter looks so colourful !

Heat a skillet and add 1 tbspn oil and spread it across well

Take a laddle full of the batter and gently douse it on the skillet. Spread it gently if possible

Cook the pancake till both sides are slightly brown and crisp
7

Serve hot topped with grated cheese (optional) accompanied by any ketchup or dips of your choice!
