Ingredients

  • 5 smallapples, cut into cubes
  • 2 cupsugar
  • 1 cupcooking oil
  • 2eggs, beaten
  • 3 cupflour
  • 2 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspnutmeg
  • 1 tspvanilla

Steps

    put apples into large bowl, add sugar & let stand for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Blend apple mixture, oil & eggs. Add dry ingredients, 1 cup raisins & 1 cup chopped nuts. Pour into 10x13 greased pan. Combine 1 tsp. cinnamon & 1/4 cup sugar & top batter. Bake @ 350° for 50 minutes.
