To make dressing mix soup, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper & mustard until sugar is dissolved.

Cook carrots for 6 minutes in boiling water,mdrain & cool.

Put all vegatables in large bowl, then pour on dressing, stir well

Let marinate at least 4 hours before serving. Will keep several weeks in refrigerator
