#anniversary post3 healthy rice dal khichdi with lots of vegetables

Clean, Wash and soak rice and moong dal for 30 minutes.
Heat ghee in a pan,when ghee is hot enough add jeera and let them crackle now add crushed garlic and saute for a while. - 2
Now add sliced onions and saute approx 1 minute.
Now add mix vegetables(potatoes, peas, carrot, cauliflower, capsicum tomatoes) and saute for a minute. - 3
Now add soak rice dal, haldi,salt,red chilli powder mix well.
Now add 6 cup water and bring it to a boil,when it starts boiling cover it and cook for 10-15 minutes on slow flame.
Stir occasionally in between. - 4
When it cooked add coriander leaves and mix well.Serve hot with lods of ghee and papad.
