Wash the beef then cut into medium sizes

Add a half glass of water to the beef and put in a sufuria to boil until it dries.

Cut onions and tomatoes. Fry the onions until lightly brown. Then add tomatoes and stir until soft. Add salt and stir.

Add the boiled beef and stir.

Add 2 glasses of water and boil until it levels up to the meat.

Then serve.
