300 ggoat meat
2tomatoes
1little grated carrots
1hoho
1onion
1 pinchsalt
1beef cube
1little chilli
3 TBScooking oil

Steps

45 mins

Chop the goat meat and boil till tender.

Drain all the water and add chopped tomatoes, onions hoho, grated carrots and onions.

Cover to cook till all is well mixed.

Add salt and beef cube.

Then add cooking oil and cook for further 5 mins.
6

Serve with Ugali
