First sieve gramflour.

Heat a pan add 1tablespoons of ghee and immediately add milk and mix well.

Now add this mixture in gramflaur and mix with your palm.

Mixture should look like bread crumbs now rest for 10 minutes

Now heat water in a pan add sugar and cardamom powder and bring it to boil.when it starts to boiling cook it for another 5 minutes till you get 1 thread consistency.switch off the flam and keep aside.

Heat 1 cup of ghee in heavy bottom pan.

Add gramflour mixture and roast it on slow flam till brown in colour. And it gives a nice aroma.

Now add sugar syrup and stir it continue for 2 to 3 minutes.

Now switch off the flam and pour this mixture in grease thali or tray.

Garnish with cashewnut and crushed pistachios.
