Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  1. 1 cupAll purpose flour -
  2. 2tablespoonsSemolina -
  3. 4-5Potato - boil and mash
  4. 1 tablespoonsFrozen peas-
  5. 1/2teaspoonMango powder -
  6. 1/2teaspoonRed chilli powder -
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 2tablespoonsOil- + for fry
  9. 1/4teaspoonGaram masala -
  10. 3Green chilli- Chopped
  11. 1 pinchAsafoetida-
  12. 1/2 teaspoonCumin seeds-
  13. 1/4 teaspoonTurmeric powder-

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a mixing bowl add semolina, All purpose flour, Salt -2tablespoons oil and mix well now add water and knead a tight dough and rest for 15 minutes.

    After 15minuts make small size ball with dough and roll them with rolling pin and prick all taco with a fork.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a wok on medium flam. Place the taco in wok and press with skimmers now turn the taco and turn in half.do not press it.between the fold there should be a space fr potato filling.fry them till brown and crispy.

    Heat oil in a wok add asafoetida and cumin seeds splutter them now add frozen peas and green chilli and saute for a minute.

  5. 5

    Now add mashed potato and all dry masalas.mix well and saute for 5minuts. Switch off the flam and let it cool.

  6. 6

    Now fill potato filling in tacos shells and serve with your favourite chutney or sauce.
