Steps

Wash Poha with water and strain the water

Take oil in kadai, put Rai, chopped onion and saute till light brown
- 3
Add kadi patta, chopped potato, green peas, groundnut mix well
- 4
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well
- 5
Cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes i.e till potatoes and green peas become soft
- 6
Add Poha mix well, add pinch of sugar lemon juice and mix well
- 7
Garnish with green coriander leaves
