Heat butter in skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken until well cooked, stirring often.

Stir soup, pesto sauce and milk in the same skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook about 5 more minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Stir in pasta and cook until mixture is hot and bubbling.
