Ingredients

30 to 40 minute
  • 500 gmmaida
  • 100 gmrava
  • Refined oil for deep frying and moyan
  • Salt half spoon
  • 1eno pouch
  • 50 gmkasuri methi
  • Halfspoon ajvain
  • Lukewarm water

Steps

30 to 40 minute
  1. 1

    Take maida,rava,salt,kasuri methi, ajvain, eno powder and half cup refined oil in a vessel.Mix well. Now make a smooth dough with the help of water.

    Take a loi roll it out, cut in required shape like kaju or finger Chip.

    Now deep fry on low flame. Crispy and tasty mathari are ready.
