using a blender, blend the tomato,yogurt,union and hot peppers for the sauce. you might want to add some itallian seasoning and salt with peppers

cook the vegtables for 15 minutes so that the veftables are a bit crunchy. then add sauce and chicken and pasta. ps..leave the vegtable juices. they are part of the sauce

cook the chicken blocks with some chopped garlic for 3 minutes in olive oil
