Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcooked rice
  2. 4 tbspsliced onion
  3. 3 tbspsliced capsicum
  4. 2 tbspchopped carrot
  5. 1 tspgarlic
  6. 1/2 tspginger
  7. 2 tbspspring onions
  8. 2 tspsoya sauce
  9. to tastesalt
  10. 2 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add ginger and garlic and saute

  2. 2

    Add onions,capsicum,carrots in it and saute for few minuts

  3. 3

    Add rice in it mix well

  4. 4

    Add soya sauce and salt mix well

  5. 5

    Add spring onions mix and turn off the gas
