Wash the bitter gourd properly and cut it in a boat shape. And empty the bitter gourd to fill the suffing

Cup the bitter gourd with 1 tablespoon salt for one hour.

After an hour wash the bitter gourd with fresh water.

Mix all the ingredients of stuffing.

Fill the boat shaped bitter gourd with the stuffing.

Heat some oil in a pan and put all the stuffed bitter gourd in oil and cook in low flame until turn to golden brown and crispy.

Serve Bittergourd corn cheesy boat with ketchup and cheese dip.
