Cook chicken in a nonstick pan. Remove and drain on paper towel.

Fry onion for 5mins or until see through. Add garlic, ginger, and spices and cook for one minute or until aromatic.

Add tomatoes and chicken, and stimmer for 10min, covered, stiring occasionaly.

Add cream cheese and stir until all mixed through and hot.

Serve with boiled basmati rice and steamed vegetables.
