sausage and tomato pie you will need is
10sausages
1 canof tomatos
3 tbspof sunflower oil
1 smallbetten egg for glazing
1 largeready made short pastry
1 tspof mixed herbs

Steps

preheat oven

empty tomatoes onto a pan heat on a low setting

fry the sausages till they brown

add some chopped onions

add the mixed herbs to the tomatoes once sausages have cooked chop into small peices add to the tomatoes simmer for 3/5 mins then add to the Pie dish

take a pie dish and place the rolled pastry onto the top of the pie dish press down the edges to seal then brush with the egg to glaze
