Steps

Beat the eggs and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add onions in it and saute them till they become light golden.

Add chopped tomatoes in it. Mix well & cook for 5 minutes.

Add salt and pepper, garam masala powder & green chilli in it and mix them properly.

Add beaten eggs.

Stir continuesely till the eggs scramble.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with chapati or parantha.
