Carrot rice with greengrams
Steps

Wash greengrams in a bowl with cold water

Put them in a sufuria and add water

Boil them till they become tender and soft to eat

Heat cooking oil in a pan

Add chopped spring onions and stir till they start to brown
- 6
Add chopped tomatoes and stir making sure all the tomatoes are well smashed

Mix spoonful of roycco in a cup with half water and salt
- 8
Add it to the tomatoe paste made earlier and stir

When done add it to the greengrams and stir

Let it cook for few minutes till it boils then remove

Serve hot with carrot rice
