Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Pre heat cooking oil in a dip frying pan

  2. 2

    Apply salt in each fish

  3. 3

    When the oil is hot dip in all the fish

  4. 4

    Keep on turning them til golden brown

  5. 5

    When ready remove serve while hot with ugali and greens
