In winters this is the best match with rice or chapati...and everybody in family likes it sooo much..

Firstly add all the ingredients of pakoda and deep fry pakodas.

Now mix curd and besan very well...add turmeric powder, salt into it.

Add water as per the consistency you require.

Take a deep pan put some oil into it.

Add cumin, and mustard in pan.

When mustard seeds start crackle add hing, methi,black pepper dried chilli and curry leaves into it.

When it's roasted well then add some turmeric powder.

Now put chopped spinach in it.

Cook it well till the water dries.

Now add mixture made with curd and gram flour.

Let it cook in slow flame for some time.

After cooking it add pakodas into it andngarnish with green Coriander leaves.

Serve it with plain rice or Chapati.

Fry some green chillies...goes very well with it.
