Combine the flour, semolina, and salt in a bowl and mix. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in 1/2 cup warm water.

Melt the ghee and mix it with the vegetable oil, then add to the flour and semolina mixture.

Add the yeast mixture and knead with warm water until you have a soft dough.

Divide the dough into two equal parts.

Grease a baking pan and spread the first half of the dough evenly in the pan.

For the filling, mix the crushed peanuts, sugar, cinnamon, and 1 cup semolina. Add rose water until the mixture has a sandy texture. Spread the filling over the dough, then cover with the second half of the dough.

Dip the back of a fork in ghee and use it to make a pattern on top. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.

Bake in a preheated oven at high temperature until golden brown.
