Firstly, get all your ingredients ready....cut your onion, grind your crayfish and pepper. Also wash your dry fish and endeavor to pull out all the bones in it while washing then leave soaked in warm water. Wash the vegetables also and set aside

Wash the plantain then proceed to peel off the green outer skin...After which you dice the plantain(not too big and not too small-should be moderate)

Put in the diced plantain into a pot and add enough water to cover the plantain...Also add your ingredients (pepper,crayfish,onion and salt) at this point. You could also put in a little maggi to taste. Leave to boil

Now go ahead to chop the vegetables. When the food starts boiling, you put in the red oil and dry fish.

When the plantain has gotten soft, put in the scent leaves and pumpkin leaves and allow to boil for few more minutes.

Put down and stir...You could serve with chilled water or drink☺☺
