  • 1 kgchicken
  • 4 piecetatashe(blended)
  • 5habanero pepper(blended)
  • 1onion bulb(chopped)
  • 4 pieceturmeric(crushed)
  • 2knorr cube
  • 8big fresh tomatoes(blended)
  • 5 clovegarlic(crushed)
  • 1 cupvegetable oil
  • to tastesalt

  1. 1

    Wash chicken well and put in clean pot,add salt, 1 knorr and little of the chop onion and pepper and heat for 15min

  2. 2

    Get another clean pot place on heat add vegetable oil after 2 min add onion and all the blended ingredient allow for 10min or there about

  3. 3

    Do not stir until water dries up, add salt, knorr cube and curry powder and any other spice of your choice; add the parboiled chicken

  4. 4

    Add the meat stock if there is still any left and allow is simmer on low heat for 5 minutes, turn off heat and serve
