Ingredients

1 packages (6 ounces)Fresh Baby Spinach
1/2 pintsfresh strawberries, trimmed & quartered
1/4 cupCookwell & Company Cracked Pepper Vinaigrette
1/4 cupsugar
1/4 cupsliced almonds
4 ozqueso fresco, crumbled

Steps

Wash strawberries, pat dry. Trim stem ends, cut berries into quarters.

Toss strawberries with dressing and sugar in a salad bowl. Cover and chill 20-60 minutes.

Right before serving, toss spinach, almonds and cheese with berry dressing.
