Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupmelted butter,unsalted
  • 1 cuppecans,chopped fine
  • 1/2 cupGrape nuts,crushed
  • 1/2 cupteething bicuts,crushed
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 16 ozcream chease
  • 16 ozneuchatel cheese
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 3 1/2 ozwhole eggs
  • 2 ozegg yolks
  • 1/2 ozGrande Mariner
  • 1/2 cupkey lime juice
  • 5 ozsweetened condensed milk
  • 8 ozsour cream
  • 1 tbsplime zest, fresh
  • 8 ozsour cream
  • 1/2 cupsugar

Steps

    preheat oven 400°

  2. 2

    blend first five ingredients and press evenly into a 10 inch spring form pan

  3. 3

    bake 10-15 minutes, until slightly browned,be car full not to burn.

  4. 4

    turn oven down to 325°.

  5. 5

    in stand mixer combine cheeses 3/4 cup sugar; mix on medium speed until smooth, stopping to scape bowl twice

  6. 6

    in another bowl whisk eggs,yolks,Grande Mariner,condensed milk,zest, juice, and 8 oz. sour cream.

  7. 7

    turn down mixxer to low and slowly drizzel egg mixture into cheese mixture

  8. 8

    pour combined mixtures into crust and bake for 50 minutes

  9. 9

    do not open oven, turn off oven and let cheesecake stay in oven 1 hour

  10. 10

    combine remaining sour cream,sugar,and key lime juice, refrigerate.
