  1. 1/4 cupmelted butter,unsalted
  2. 1 cuppecans,chopped fine
  3. 1/2 cupGrape nuts,crushed
  4. 1/2 cupteething bicuts,crushed
  5. 1/2 cupsugar
  6. 16 ozcream chease
  7. 16 ozneuchatel cheese
  8. 3/4 cupsugar
  9. 3 1/2 ozwhole eggs
  10. 2 ozegg yolks
  11. 1/2 ozGrande Mariner
  12. 1/2 cupkey lime juice
  13. 5 ozsweetened condensed milk
  14. 8 ozsour cream
  15. 1 tbsplime zest, fresh
  16. 8 ozsour cream
  17. 1/2 cupsugar

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven 400°

    blend first five ingredients and press evenly into a 10 inch spring form pan

  3. 3

    bake 10-15 minutes, until slightly browned,be car full not to burn.

    turn oven down to 325°.

    in stand mixer combine cheeses 3/4 cup sugar; mix on medium speed until smooth, stopping to scape bowl twice

  6. 6

    in another bowl whisk eggs,yolks,Grande Mariner,condensed milk,zest, juice, and 8 oz. sour cream.

    turn down mixxer to low and slowly drizzel egg mixture into cheese mixture

  8. 8

    pour combined mixtures into crust and bake for 50 minutes

  9. 9

    do not open oven, turn off oven and let cheesecake stay in oven 1 hour

  10. 10

    combine remaining sour cream,sugar,and key lime juice, refrigerate.
